ILS Ops · Integrated Life Safety

Privacy Policy

Effective October 28, 2026

ILS Ops is a private business tool run by Safety Med, LLC, doing business as Integrated Life Safety ("ILS"), in Florida. It is used by ILS staff and by the surgery centers and other facilities ILS serves. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Names, work email addresses and phone numbers of ILS staff and customer contacts.
  • Facility service records: inspections, tests, checklists, deficiencies, reports and related documents.
  • Contracts, estimates and invoices between ILS and its customers.
  • Basic sign-in and activity records (who changed what, and when) to keep the system secure.

We do not collect or store Social Security numbers, bank account or card numbers, or government ID numbers in ILS Ops.

QuickBooks

When ILS connects its own QuickBooks Online company, ILS Ops uses that connection only to create and sync ILS's own invoices, customers and items. We do not use QuickBooks data for anything else, and we do not take card payments.

How we share it

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run the app for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Microsoft 365 (email) and Intuit QuickBooks (invoicing), or when the law requires it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. ILS staff must use multi-factor authentication. Customers see only their own facility's records, and access within ILS is limited by role.
